Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

If you are choosing a shipping option instead of a pickup or drop off option, shipping costs may be added to your order. Some smaller two dimensional orders may not have a shipping fee because the cost to ship is miniscule and I am not trying to make the cost of your art any higher if we can avoid it!

The address you provide for a shipping order will only be used for the purpose of mailing your art purchase to you. Your address will not be given out to anyone, used for any websites, or used for other businesses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, art cannot be returned or exchanged. If your art purchase is damaged during the shipping/drop off process, I can try to fix or replace the art under my own discretion and judgement. If the art you purchased is a print or sticker and is damaged during the shipping/drop off process, I can offer a replacement under my own discretion and judgement. I will need to see proof of any damages requesting to be fixed or replaced before I can determine the proper course of action.

I am not responsible for any damages which take place after the piece is in your possession, however, I may still offer to fix the piece depending on the piece, severity of the damage, and duration of time passed after the purchase. I may not be able to fix certain damages and if the damaged piece is an original, I may not be able to offer the exact same replacement.

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen art pieces. Once I send something in the mail or you have received it and had it in your possession, there is nothing I can do to ensure the art piece's safety or location. I am a human, though, and I will do my best to work with you and problem solve a solution if there is something I can do.
